Councillor Audrey Forrest - Non Financial - Councillor Audrey Forrest noted that in relation to item 12 of the agenda (UK Shared Prosperity Fund – Vibrant and Living Spaces Grant Fund – Allocation of Funding) that she had been a Council appointed Director of the Dunoon Community Development Trust and as this had been a Council appointment which had now ceased, she would remain in the room during the consideration of this item of business.
