Councillor Jim Anderson confirmed that the works to install bollards and chains had now been installed.

The Forum noted that the outstanding action had been completed and agreed to remove the item from the agenda.

The area has been marked out, bollards and chains in store awaiting erection. Councillor Jim Anderson added that he anticipated that the work would be completed by July 2019.

Bollards etc. have been ordered to stop Vehicles parking within Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æ Gardens.. Operational Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æ will programme the requirement to erect on site, once delivered.

Kevin McIntosh informed the Group that funding was available to tackle illegal parking outside the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æ Hotel. Estimates had been obtained and talks were ongoing with the owners of the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æ Hotel to erect barriers at the area which would minimise illegal parking.
