The Committee gave consideration to a report which provided an update on the progress of the new Corporate Improvement Plan (CIP) within the Performance Excellence Project and highlighted completed work and upcoming activities to facilitate the development and implementation of the new plan.Ìý
Decision
The Audit and Scrutiny Committee considered and noted the work undertaken to date on the Corporate Improvement Plan and the activities planned to deliver and implement it.
